etc.

Используйте вспомогательный глагол 'do / does' для present simple и 'did' для past simple и основную форму смыслового глагола - инфинитив без 'to'.

Where do they live?
Do you play tennis?
Does she go to your school?

Present Continuous / Past Continuous
Используйте вспомогательный глагол 'am / is / are' для present continuous и 'was / were' для past continuous плюс причастие настоящего времени смыслового глагола ('ing' форма).

To Be - Present Simple and Past Simple
В предложения с глаголом 'to be' в present simple и past simple составление общих вопросов не требует вспомогательного глагола.
To Be Present Simple
Is she here?
Are you married?
Where am I?
To Be Past Simple
