Есть масса методик и программ по изучению английского языка. Бывает трудно сориентироваться и выбрать именно то, что работает эффективно. Те, кто изучает английский язык, стремятся обучиться именно разговорному английскому, уделяя этому больше времени, нежели изучению грамматических правил. Чтобы научиться языку, необходимо на нем говорить, лучше с носителем языка.

В школе предлагается методика, базирующаяся на заучивании грамматических правил, текстов, которые зачастую просто неактуальны и неинтересны учащимся. Учебные пособия, которые предложены школьнику, непривлекательны и не могут правильно стимулировать и правильно настраивать учащихся. Бесспорно, механизмы памяти - это вопрос для научной работы, однако и внимательность, основанная на практических навыках, в состоянии удивить впечатляющими результатами.

Рассмотрим, скажем, языки. Я преподаватель иностранных языков в младших классах. За годы работы преподавателя, я убедился, что пора менять стандартную программу обучения. Изучение английского языка требует от ученика концентрации памяти и анализирования. Как видим, нереально одолеть иностранный язык, зная только одни правила, приходится так же запоминать новые термины, которые в следствии, на основании правил, будут складываться в словосочетания. Я не утверждаю, что методика плоха, я б сказал - не универсальна. Одним ученикам она годится как нельзя лучше, прочих принуждает через силу переживать занятия. Чего-то не хватало. Чего-то очень важного и одновременно не надуманного. Требовался метод, чтоб объединить имеющиеся у человека коммуникативные каналы в общую технологию исследования английского языка.

Speaking about art galleries of Moscow we must mention the most famous galleries.

The State Tretyakov gallery is one of the best known picture galleries in Russia. It takes its name from its founder Pavel Tretyakov, a Moscow merchant. In the 19th century Tretyakov began to collect Russian paintings. He visited all the exhibitions and art studios and bought the best pictures. Little by little Tretyakov extended his interests and began to collect earlier Russian paintings.

In 1881 Tretyakov opened gallery in St.-Petersburg to the public, 11 years later he donated it to the city of Moscow. Since then the gallery has received hundred paintings from other museums and private collections. The Tretyakov gallery reflects the whole history of Russian paintings from the 11th century to the present day.

The population of the United States is made up of people of very many nationalities. Their predecessors came to America from different countries, and they brought their native celebrations with them. They all became Americans, but they kept many traditions of those countries they had come from. That is why the number of holidays in different states of America is different. But the most important holidays are marked throughout the United States.

One of the greatest holidayes is Independence Day. It was on July 4, 1776, that the Declaration of Independence was signed, proclaiming independence of thirteen British colonies from Great Britain. July 4 has became the greatest holyday since. In the past this day was marked with big parades and fireworks, but now it is celebrated more quietly. Cities and towns are decorated with flags on that day, there are parades in some places, but most people just go on picnics to the countryside.

We have many holidays in Ukraine but I would like to tell about the main of them.

First it is the New Year. It is my favourite holiday. It is merry to decorate the New Year Tree, to dance near it and to receive presents.

Then in a week there is Christmas. In Ukraine it is an old and popular holiday. In the morning boys go from house to house, from flat to flat, sing traditional holiday songs and wish everything good to the people they visit. The people give them sweets, cakes and money.

The 8th of March is the Women's Day. We give presents to our mothers, grandmothers, teachers, sisters and girl-friends and wish everything good to them.

On the 1st of May we celebrate May Day. On the 9th of May we have Victory Day. It is a great holiday. We say, "Thank you very much" to old people who took part in the Great Patriotic War and defended our Motherland against the fascists.

Christmas is celebrated on the 25th of December and symbolizes the birthday of Christ. This day is marked by setting the fur-tree and decorating it with different toys and candles. Every year the people of Norway give the city of London a present. It's a big Christmas tree and it stands in Trafalgar Square. Central streets are beautifully decorated. Before Christmas, groups of singers go from house to house. They collecet money for charity and sing carols, traditional Christmas songs. The fun starts the night before, on the 24th of December.
